The first overseas chapter of the Nirmala Alumni Association was formed in Bahrain on 2^nd Feb. 2003. Sri M.N. Satish a renowned industrialist and at present the M.D. of Mahnami Charitable Trust, took the lead in organizing the Chapter. Mr. Satish is a prominent alumnus and has wide business connections in Bahrain.

The Bahrain Chapter has instituted a scholarship of Rs. 5000/- to be awarded to the best students of various facilities of the college.

German Chapter

The German Chapter of Nirmala Alumni Association was formed on 9^th June 2003. Sri. Jacob Mittathanickal, an alumnus and well known Non-Resident Indian, took the leadership in organizing the Chapter in Germany. The first meeting of the Chapter held on 9^th June 2003 in the Internatioanl Congress Centre in Bahrain, elected the following persons as office bearers.

The Chicago Chapter of the Alumni Association became functional on 7^th March 2004. Dr. Thomas Mathew and Sri. Jose Chamakkala took the lead in organizing the third Chapter at Chicago, USA.
