The Association offers 5 types of membership.

(a) Patron Membership: Nationally and internationally reputed former students who have rendered outstanding service to humanity.

(b) Annual membership: All former students and former/present teachers who have paid Rs 50/- as annual membership fee can enroll as annual members. They can attend the general body meeting provided their membership is active. Any member who does not pay the annual membership fee for 2 years consecutively shall cease to be a member. All outgoing final year students are annual members of the Association.

(c) Life membership: All former students and former/present teachers shall become a life member by paying life membership fee of Rs 1000/-. Life members can have free access to the Library, free use of the alumni hall for their gatherings, use of health club facilitates at concessional rate etc. At present the association has 125 life members.

(d) Honorary Members: Honorary membership may be granted to distinguished persons who have rendered valuable services to the college and the association, as per the decision of the Executive Committee of the Association.

(e) Succession Membership: Life members are eligible to appoint a nominee to the membership of the association, who shall be an alumnus of the college. The succession membership fee shall be Rs. 500/-. Only sons, daughters, grandsons and granddaughters are eligible for succession membership.

Registration
Online and offline registration facility is provided for new members. For offline registration get the registration forms in person or by post from the Principal. Submit the filled up form together with the required fee in cash/DD drawn in favour of Nirmala Alumni Association payable at Muvattupuzha to the contact address.

For online registration log on to register now in the membership page of the website wherefrom a pull down Registration form will appear. Fill up the details and submit quoting the DD No. After verification of the submitted profile the applicant will be provided with a Membership ID within 14 to 20 days. For Online applicants besides Membership ID, Temp User ID and Temp Password will be given within 15 to 20 days. Once these formalities are over, your registration details can be accessed by entering your DD No. (for Online registration). Register Now
